1. Acceptance
By accessing TrustLaunchAI pilot surfaces, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Pilot scope
TrustLaunchAI is provided as a facilitated pilot platform for K–12 and higher education trust operations. Features, availability, and support levels may change during the pilot.
3. Accounts and access
Access is invite-based unless self-service signup is explicitly enabled for your organization. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and activity under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, or use TrustLaunchAI in ways that violate applicable law or school district policy.
5. Content and evidence
You retain responsibility for documents, evidence, and attestations you upload. TrustLaunchAI provides workflow tooling and does not certify compliance on your behalf.
6. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue pilot features with reasonable notice when possible. Maintenance windows and upstream service interruptions may affect availability.
7. Disclaimer
The platform is provided “as is” during the pilot without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular legal outcome.
