TrustLaunchAI respects the privacy of districts, suppliers, state agencies, and pilot participants. This policy describes what we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it during the pilot.
2. Information we collect
We collect account details (name, work email, organization), authentication events, uploaded evidence metadata, and support communications necessary to operate the pilot.
3. How we use information
Information is used to authenticate users, operate workspaces, provide support, improve pilot reliability, and meet contractual obligations with participating organizations.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the platform, when required by law, or with your organization’s authorized administrators.
5. Retention
Pilot data is retained for the duration of the engagement and deleted or returned according to organization offboarding instructions unless a longer period is required by law.
6. Security
We apply administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate for a pilot environment. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of account information by contacting ops@trustlaunchai.com. Some requests may require verification through your organization administrator.
8. Student data
TrustLaunchAI is an operational platform for education organizations and suppliers. It is not designed for direct use by students unless explicitly enabled by a participating organization under applicable agreements.
9. Policy updates
We may update this policy as the pilot evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
